Made an appointment early on a Thursday, waited an hour to be seen. Got overcharged then there was confusion about how to give me a refund. Called the next afternoon to ask about my results because the XR tech said they'd be in by morning, and after giving my info the person who answered the phone RUDELY told me "You didn't have an exam here yesterday." Uhhh...pretty sure I'd remember being in pain and getting XRayed! Turns out they had put someone else's bday down for me (off by a few months and 30something years). Then got told I wouldn't have a diagnosis til after the weekend. Serious lack of organization!!! The XR tech was friendly, everything else about the experience was bad.
I've asked to be emailed a receipt for my flexible spending for 5 days now. They keep saying they will, and I receive nothing. I've called several times. They are incapable of doing a simple task. I am done with this practice. How hard is it to send me a receipt that they could NOT give me during the time of my visit.
I made an appointment for 10am, didn't see the doctor till 11am. No explanation given. Need I write more?
Don't make an appointment with Dr. Griggs. Apparently you get stuck waiting over an hour for your appointment which is what I am currently doing. I arrived at 3pm for a 3:30pm appointment and it is now 4:30 pm and he just took someone else in before me.
