I have been a member for over two years now. I came from a different local high end gym. My old teenager/young adults children are a member under their father's membership. I wanted to be able to at a times, work out with my daughter (17) .I like the gym very much. it is big, spacious, with top of the line equipment and for the most part, I never find it a problem even when it is busy. At times, or certain times of the year it can have way too many "kids" around, even on the weigh room area. However, I could easily give it a 5 star if it wasn't for the ladies bathroom. which It is a serious issue for me. It is not as clean as I believe it could be or should be for a high end gym. I no longer like to take a shower there. I go back home because on the busy days, it is disgusting.
Nothing more than a country club masquerading as a gym. Staff is subpar at best, and as you can see by looking through the reviews on here, tend to treat people poorly despite the exorbitant amounts of money paid for membership there. Customer service on here just gives back retorts to bad reviews that essentially say "we know we are doing a bad job, yet won't actually do anything about it, so feel free to call us."
Decent gym. Worst customer service ever. If you do get a hold of someone, they can't help you. The person who can, does not return phone calls. This is at a local level and corporate as well. I've emailed corporate for information multiple times over the past year and never received a response. Once you join, the quality of customer service drops dramatically. That may be important to some more than others.
You're better off pocketing the extra money and going to a lower-cost box gym.
I've been going here for 3 years, my whole family goes there...between the 3 of years we spend 450 a month... besides that I eat at the cafe everyday spend so much money on all of their stuff... and they got upset with me for bringing a guest twice... even though they never signed him or anything, I drove 40 minuets there and they made my guest and I drive home and wouldn't even let me in... so disrespectful. No one informed me about any policies and it is also their job to make my guest sign in but they did not and that is their fault and I know everyone that works their you'd think they'd inform me. On top of this they have terrible customer service latley because of the new staff that works there... evidently shown by the new reviews left by people who were just as displeased as I was with my customer service.
I'm giving this gym ZERO stars for customer service. Blair is horrific. Avoid her if you can. She thinks she's a lawyer and cannot for the life of her explain the policy behind terms in the gym membership contract. It's deeply disturbing that such a beautiful facility has such awful and disrespectful customer service. When you pay triple the amount of money than all the surrounding gyms, you expect to be treated with kindness. Blair was rude to me more than once and should be reprimanded for her terrible communication skills with gym members. Zero stars for Blair.
